Very interesting info. I do experience the no-eating in a hard way too, I can work, so at least I am not that devastated by the process, but it surely is not pleasant and I do not do it too often.
However, my big issue with it is that after a longer no-eating practice, I lose substantial weight. I am a slim person normally, but after no-eating I become very skinny. Once upon a time I did seven days of no-eating and I was literally a shadow after that: skin and bones.
I am very interested in the topic, but I won’t do more than 3 days of no-eating once in a few months, because of the above.
Darius, Your videos reinspired me and made me think about the subject again, especially what you said about no-eating being a human’s body normal operation mode and I believe this is true. But now as I see it, I think I will focus more on narrowing types of products I eat and try to limit it as much as I can, hopefully encouraging my body to produce these substances by itself. I plan to do this gradually and observe how my body reacts.
But this one thing worries me at most: will my body learn to keep the normal shape? Because I do not want to become super-skinny, I want to avoid eating _and_ look farily normal.
